The Isis rings need lubrication every so often.

DO NOT use wd40 as this is a penetration oil and will cause problems in the long run. We use 3-1 oil which can be obtained easily from most hardware stores. Put a small drop between the edges of the rings and turn with the rubber gloves, within a few seconds the rings will start to turn very easily. Remove excess oil and your done.
