Q/ Can I use my existing sonicwarp.com login to sign up?

A/ If you have previously registered for other sonicwarp.com games such as Pyrahunters or Nkryptor, you can use the same login details to access the Treasure Chest Game. Simply sign into this website, click Treasure Chest Game, then click Buy Token. Please note: Login details for the sonicwarp.com shop are for the shop only and will not work with other sonicwarp online systems. Isis Adventure login's will not work either.

Q/ I have not received my username & password.

A/ If you paid by PayPal your username & password should be emailed to you automatically. When your order has been completed in PayPal it is important that you click "Click here to complete the transaction". This will ensure that your account is setup on our servers and that your username & password are automatically sent out to you. If you chose to pay by Cheque, your username & password will be sent out to you just as soon as your cheque has cleared.

Q/ I have purchased a token via my online account but it is not showing.

A/ When your order has been completed in PayPal it is important that you click "Click here to complete the transaction". This will ensure that your token is added to your account. If you chose to pay by Cheque, your token will be added to your account just as soon as your cheque has cleared.

Q/ Can I purchase more than one token?

A/ Yes, you can purchase up to a maximum of 300 tokens. The more tokens you own, the more chance you will have of winning. So if, you have a few thousand pounds lying around, you might want to think about using it in the game.

Q/ What are bonus tokens?

If you introduce a friend to the game, and they sign up, we will reward you with a bonus token. Bonus tokens are required to increase your stake on the treasure chest fund each month. For example, if you win and you have no bonus tokens your stake on the treasure chest fund will be 70%. If you win and you have 30 bonus tokens your stake on the fund will be 100%. Your friend will need to sign up using your unique web link. Log into your account to view this link.

Q/ How do I get my money back, when I want to leave the game?

A/ If you want to leave the game, simply return your token to us (by recorded delivery), and we will send you a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Subject to terms & conditions.

Q/ What protection do I have for my money?

A/ Sonicwarp Ltd provides Insurance protection against potential loss of funds.

Q/ What happens if nobody wins the prize fund?

A/ If nobody wins the prize fund for a given month, the complete fund will roll over to the following month.

Q/ I recieved an error message when attempting to open the questions page?

A/ This error is most likely related to an internet connection issue. The rules of this game state that only one attempt can be made to view this page. This is required to prevent misuse of the website and to ensure fair play for all. We record all attempts to view this page but we do not have the information to determine whether you received an error message or whether you simply failed to answer the questions withing the time limit. For this reason, we are unable to reset any game, when the problem is related to an internet connection problem. This makes it fair for all players. We would recommend that you try using a different Internet Service Provider (ISP), next time you attempt to join the game, and that you choose a time when your ISP is less busy.
